Voted the best pizza in Dublin in the 2026 Irish Takeaway Awards, our pizza dough is prepared daily and proofed over 48 hours. Fired in our Stefano Ferrera Oven for 60-90 seconds at 400 degrees, giving a light airy crust, the most beautiful char and delicious smokey flavour.
